Chrisland School

We continue to grow from strength to strength in Chrisland school as we enter the new term. Most of our growth has been through word-of-mouth as students and parents spread the word.

Mr Ade Adegbulu, founder, of Money Clever Kids, gave a talk titled 'Readers Are Leaders' at Chrisland VGC on the 9th of October 2009. He stated that the Bible is the no 1 bestseller in the world and should be read by every student. Encouraging the students, he reccomended that they read at least 2 books a month.

A few students have won prizes for best attendance and excellence - A student from Chrisland Opebi and two students from Chrisland VGC won the unique four-slot piggy bank.

June 11th was Business Day at Chrisland Primary School, Opebi. It was an exciting event as students engaged the public and one another in buying and selling.

Professor Jacobs gave the students an insight into entrepreneurship and a local business woman spoke of her experiences. The buzz-word was honesty.

Chrisland Primary School, Ladipo Oluwole, had their Entrepreneurship Day on Tuesday 30th of June. It was a grand occassion indeed. The students went all out to ensure they showcased their creativity and made a profit in the process.

Money Clever Kids was well represented and started off the day with 30mins encouragement talk. Mrs Amao, the principal, then opened the event.
